The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own website.
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or email us, we process what you send: your name, email address, the topic and your message. We use it only to answer you and to organise the event. The legal basis is answering your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with players and partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Form messages are delivered by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox at Apple iCloud. We keep messages as long as needed to answer and follow up, and delete them after period.
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser and device to tell people from bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Images from other servers
Figure and army card images on the Winners page are loaded from the image server of Renegade Game Studios' Heroscape platform. When they load, your browser sends your IP address to that server.
Links to other services
Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Discord and the Heroscape Battle Network are plain links. No data goes to these services until you click one; after that, their own privacy policies apply.
